DANCING RABBIT GOLF CLUB, A PEARL RIVER RESORT PROPERTY. Our last day on the Visit Mississippi fam tour. A 36 hole day starting with the Oaks course, then the Azaleas course. Both tracks are highly rated in the US and especially Mississippi. A cloudy day was enjoyed after bright sunshine 80+ temps. Course was beautiful as well as tough. The par 3's on both courses were outstanding. Usually 180 to 200 yards with plenty of bunkers and water. The clubhouse has rooms available for groups and families. Thanks to the Mississippi Band of the Choctaw Nation for their hospitality. NATCHEZ MISSISSIPPI. We visited historical Natchez along the banks of the Mighty MISSISSIPPI. The city embraces it's long history of Natchez tribe, French, English, and Spanish eras including the dark side of slavery. The antebellum homes were amazing. We stayed at the Guest House circa 1840 with the antique 4 poster beds, outdoor courtyard and panoramic porch for just sitting and relaxing. We ate at Biscuit and Blues and assisted with service and bartending when employees failed to show. Fun for all! Natchez is a favorite for Viking and American Cruise lines. WINDANCE COUNTRY CLUB! What a hidden gem in Gulfport. Played 18 holes of pure fun with Director of Golf, Mickey D'Angelo, former QB for So. Miss. Two teams squared off that included assistant pro Jake, a former All American in college. Wow!! Fireworks ensued with 350 to 380 yard bombs. No par 4 was safe. Amazing power from these two exceptional gentlemen who showcased Southern Charm and grace. Our third round begins at The Grand Bear, a signature design by Jack Nicklaus. Massive fairways and routing along streams and dense forests. A deceptive challenge for all skill levels. 2nd round at The Bridges at Hollywood Casino. Lots of bridges crossing transition areas. Great routing around multiple waterways. Wildlife abundant! #golfstagram #golfcontentnetwork #instagolf #beautifuldestinations #golf

Day 1 is in the books. After late arrivals picked up at airport, we played the front nine of the Cardinal course @clubatdiamondpoint. Watched finishing holes of the Masters and enjoyed traditional pimento cheese and egg salad sandwiches. Evening meal was sensational Carter Green Steakhouse. Our 2026 Spring and summer schedule kicks off on the white sand shores of Coastal Mississippi. Gulfport and Island View Casino Resort are our home for a few days. We walked along the seashore this morning. Good start!! Heading to The Club at Diamondhead.
