We got a sneak preview of the construction of the Robert Trent Jones II course @TheBuenaVenturaGolfCourse, a Troon managed property. Possible opening late 2027. We have played many Troon properties before, but, have to admit that the Nicklaus Signature course was one of the best conditioned. Greens, fairways and approach areas superb 👌 The star of the courses has to be the giant Corotu trees. Our last day in Burgundy. How about a dip in the spa while cruising the canal. We docked at St. Julien for the last dinner. Candlelight with the captain, Jeremy and Olivia. Yep, you had to try escargo! All the lunch and dinner menus exceeded expectations. Great meeting our new friends from Canada/Australia, Matthew and Lisa. We enjoyed the conversation and sharing the wine in Burgundy. Special thanks to the entire crew aboard the Impression team. Jeremy, Olivia, Joana, Chevvy, and Aubin. All cabins named after an Impressionist painters. The countryside lush with wheat, sunflowers and vineyards.
